• Medication names, doses, schedules, categories, dose history, and notes that you choose to enter
• Profile names or labels that you create within the app
• Account access information, login credentials, authentication details, or access codes
• Caregiver share links or read-only access links, if you choose to create them
• Subscription status, purchase status, product identifiers, renewal status, cancellation status, and related billing information
• Device, browser, app version, operating system, and basic technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the app

These providers may process limited information only as needed to provide their services to us.We use the following service providers and categories of service providers:• Stripe for web billing, payment processing, subscription payments, and related billing services
• RevenueCat for managing native app subscription status, purchase status, entitlements, trials, renewals, cancellations, and subscription access across platforms
• Apple for iOS App Store purchases, subscriptions, refunds, purchase validation, subscription management, and Apple push-notification services
• Google for Android Google Play purchases, subscriptions, refunds, purchase validation, subscription management, Google Play services, and Google/Firebase push-notification services
• Resend for account emails, support-related emails, login emails, notification emails, or other service-related email communications
• Hosting and database services, including Replit and Neon, which host the application, server, database, and stored app information.
• Third-party AI service through an OpenAI-compatible API used only when you choose and confirm that you want to scan a medication label. The label image is sent to the service for image analysis and text extraction so PRN MedTracker can help auto-fill medication details.In their roles as billing and subscription providers, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google receive only the account identifiers, transaction information, product identifiers, subscription status, device information, and related information needed to process and manage purchases. We do not send medication records, dose history, notes, or profile information to these providers for billing purposes. Apple, Google, and browser push-notification services may separately process notification content as described in the Notifications and Reminders section.Payment and Subscription InformationPayments and subscriptions are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.PRN MedTracker does not store your full credit card number.If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple processes your purchase and manages billing according to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.If you subscribe through Google Play, Google processes your purchase and manages billing according to Google Play’s terms and privacy practices.If you subscribe through the PRN MedTracker website or web app, Stripe processes payments for subscriptions purchased through the PRN MedTracker website or web app.RevenueCat may receive subscription-related information, such as purchase status, renewal status, product identifiers, entitlement status, trial status, cancellation status, and app user identifiers, so that PRN MedTracker can determine whether your account has active access.Medication Label ScanningMedication labels may contain sensitive or identifying information, including a patient name, prescriber, pharmacy, prescription number, medication name, and dosage. Review the image before submitting it and avoid including information you do not want processed. The app asks for confirmation before sending each image, and you can always enter medication information manually instead.If you confirm that you want to use medication-label scanning, the label image is sent through an OpenAI-compatible API to a third-party AI service. The service analyzes the image and returns extracted medication details to help auto-fill the medication form.Medication label scanning is optional. You can choose to enter medication information manually instead.You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any scanned information before saving it. PRN MedTracker does not guarantee that scanned label information will be complete, accurate, or appropriate for medical use.Do not use medication label scanning as a substitute for reading the prescription label, medication packaging, pharmacy instructions, or instructions from your healthcare provider.Notifications and RemindersIf you enable notifications or reminders, PRN MedTracker may use Apple push-notification services, Google/Firebase push-notification services, and browser push-notification services. Notification services may process device tokens, app identifiers, technical delivery information, and the content of notifications sent through their systems. Depending on the reminder, notification text may include a profile name or label, medication name, dosage, or reminder status. Notification content may be visible on a locked device depending on your device settings. You can disable notifications or hide notification previews through your device settings.PRN MedTracker reminders are based on information entered into the app. Reminders are a convenience feature only and should not be relied on as the only way to manage medications.Caregiver Share LinksPRN MedTracker may allow you to create caregiver share links, read-only links, or similar access links.If you create a share link, anyone with access to that link may be able to view the information made available through that feature. You are responsible for sharing links only with people you trust.You should disable or delete share links when they are no longer needed.Sharing InformationWe do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.We may share limited information only when necessary to:• Operate, host, maintain, and secure the app

You may decline camera access and enter medication information manually. You may revoke caregiver share links within the app. You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting your information by contacting us at [email protected].Data ExportPRN MedTracker allows you to export medication history and medication-list information from within the app.Before deleting medication records, profiles, or your account, export any medication history you want to keep.Data DeletionYou may delete certain medication records or app data within the app where available.You may delete your PRN MedTracker account from within the app by signing in, opening Settings, selecting Delete Account, and following the confirmation steps.Deleting your account permanently removes your PRN MedTracker account and associated profiles, medications, dose history, notes, share links, and notification settings, except for any limited records we are legally required to retain.If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account.Data RetentionAccount and medication information is generally retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide PRN MedTracker.Deleting a medication, profile, log, or account removes the applicable information from the live application database. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups expire or are overwritten.Certain limited billing, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, support, or legal-compliance records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. These retained records are not used to continue providing medication-tracking features.Children’s PrivacyPRN MedTracker accounts are not intended to be created or independently used by children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create their own accounts. An adult parent or caregiver may enter medication information for a dependent, including a child, and is responsible for having appropriate authority to provide and manage that information.Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. PRN MedTracker is for personal organization and tracking only.2. Not Medical Advice
PRN MedTracker does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, medication safety advice, or emergency services.
Always follow instructions from your healthcare provider, pharmacist, care team, or medication label. Contact a qualified healthcare professional with medical questions or medication concerns. In an emergency, call emergency services immediately.3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into PRN MedTracker, including medication names, doses, schedules, notes, and dose history.
You are responsible for confirming that all medication information is accurate and up to date. PRN MedTracker is not responsible for missed doses, duplicate doses, incorrect entries, medication errors, or decisions made based on information entered into the app.4. Account Access
You will need an email address to access the app. You are responsible for keeping account access information private and secure.
If you create or share a family view link, anyone with access to that link may be able to view the information made available through that feature. Share links only with people you trust.5. Subscriptions and Billing
PRN MedTracker offers a free trial without entering payment information.A paid subscription begins only after you select a subscription, provide or confirm an applicable payment method, and authorize the purchase.Subscriptions purchased through the PRN MedTracker website are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS application are processed by Apple. Subscriptions purchased through the Android application are processed by Google Play. RevenueCat helps PRN MedTracker validate and manage subscription status and access.PRN MedTracker does not receive or store your full payment-card number.6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription according to the instructions provided at purchase or through your billing provider. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges. Instructions for cancellation can be found here.7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PRN MedTracker, including by attempting to access another person’s account without permission, interfering with app functionality, copying or reverse engineering the app, using the app for unlawful purposes, or uploading harmful code or content.9. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of PRN MedTracker at any time. We aim to keep the app available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRN MedTracker and its owners are not liable for damages, losses, medication errors, health outcomes, missed doses, duplicate doses, data loss, service interruptions, or other issues arising from use of the app.
PRN MedTracker is a tracking tool only and should not replace professional medical judgment, caregiver oversight, pharmacy instructions, or emergency care.11. Privacy

A subscription will only begin after the customer enters payment information and confirms their subscription.Refund PolicyPRN MedTracker offers a seven-day free trial without requiring a payment method.Apple App Store purchases: Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple are handled under Apple’s applicable refund policies. You can request assistance at Apple Support.Google Play purchases: Refund eligibility for Google Play subscriptions is determined under Google Play’s applicable refund policies. Begin with Google Play’s official refund process at Google Play Support. In some cases, Google may direct you to contact PRN MedTracker support for assistance.Website purchases: Subscription payments processed through Stripe are generally non-refundable once billed, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, where required by law, or where PRN MedTracker determines that a refund is appropriate.For billing assistance, contact [email protected]. Delete your AccountYou can delete your PRN MedTracker account from within the app.
• Sign in to PRN MedTracker
• Open Settings
• Select Delete Account
• Follow the confirmation stepsDeleting your account permanently removes your PRN MedTracker account and associated profiles, medications, dose history, notes, share links, and notification settings, except for any limited records we are legally required to retain.Before deleting your account, export any medication history you want to keep by going to Settings → Export Medication History.If you cannot access your account, contact:
