Information About Other PeoplePRN MedTracker allows an account holder to maintain medication information for another person, such as a family member, dependent, or person receiving care.If you enter, manage, export, or share information about another individual, you are responsible for having the consent or other legal authority necessary to do so.Creating a profile within PRN MedTracker does not itself establish guardianship, healthcare authority, or legal permission to access or disclose another person's information.4. Information Collected AutomaticallyWhen you use PRN MedTracker, certain Technical Information may be collected automatically.This may include device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, app version, timestamps, error or diagnostic information, login or security events, and information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service.We may use this information to maintain security, diagnose technical issues, prevent misuse or fraud, understand application performance, and improve reliability.5. How We Use InformationWe use information collected through PRN MedTracker to:
- create and authenticate accounts;
- store and display medication information entered by users;

- support caregiver and read-only sharing features;

Medication and Health InformationPRN MedTracker stores and processes medication and other health-related information that users choose to provide.The Service assists users with organizing information such as medications, recorded doses, schedules, notes, reminders, and medication history.Information displayed by PRN MedTracker reflects information entered into or generated through the Service and should not be treated as independent medical verification.Always follow instructions from your healthcare provider, pharmacist, care team, medication label, or other qualified medical professional.For medical questions, medication reactions, urgent concerns, or emergencies, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service. PRN MedTracker support should not be used for urgent medical needs.7. Optional AI-Assisted Medication-Label ScanningPRN MedTracker offers an optional medication-label scanning feature.Before a medication-label image is transmitted for processing, the app asks you to confirm that you want to use the scanning feature.If you confirm, the full submitted image, not only the portion shown within the on-screen guide area, is transmitted through Replit AI Integrations to OpenAI, currently using the GPT-4o model, to extract medication information and assist with completing medication fields.Medication labels may contain Personal Information or Health Information visible on the label, including a patient name, medication name, dosage, prescription number, prescriber information, pharmacy information, or other identifying information.The original medication-label image is not saved as part of your medication database record after the scanning process.Processing providers may retain submitted content in accordance with their applicable security, abuse-monitoring, legal, and service policies. OpenAI states that content submitted through its API is not used to train its models by default unless the API customer opts in.Medication-label scanning is optional. You may enter medication information manually instead.Information extracted from a medication label may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted information before saving or relying upon it.Medication-label scanning is a data-entry tool and does not provide medical advice or clinical verification.8. Notifications and RemindersIf you enable notifications or reminders, PRN MedTracker may use device and platform notification services, including services provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, browsers, or similar providers.These services may process device tokens, application identifiers, technical delivery information, and notification content necessary to deliver a notification.Depending on the reminder and settings you select, notification text may include a profile name or label, medication name, dosage, timing information, or reminder status.Notifications may be visible on a locked device depending on your device settings. You can disable notifications or hide notification previews through your device settings.PRN MedTracker reminders are convenience and organizational features and should not be relied upon as the sole method of managing medication administration.9. Caregiver and Sharing LinksPRN MedTracker may allow you to create caregiver, read-only, or similar sharing links.Information made available through a sharing link may include profile, medication, dose-history, or related information depending on the feature.Anyone who obtains an active sharing link may be able to view the information made available through that link.Share links only with people you trust and authorize to view the information. You should revoke or disable sharing links when they are no longer needed.Once another person has viewed, copied, downloaded, photographed, or otherwise retained information that you shared, PRN MedTracker may not be able to retrieve or delete copies held outside the Service.10. Payments and SubscriptionsPayments and subscriptions may be processed through third-party providers.Website or web-application purchases may be processed by Stripe.Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple.Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google.PRN MedTracker may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase status, entitlements, trials, renewals, cancellations, and access across supported platforms.PRN MedTracker does not receive or store your full payment-card number when payment information is processed by these third-party providers.We may receive limited information necessary to manage subscriptions, such as transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, cancellation status, entitlement status, and related billing information.Payment providers and app stores process information under their own terms and privacy practices.11. Service ProvidersPRN MedTracker relies on third-party service providers to operate and support the Service.Hosting and database infrastructure: We use Replit to host the application and provide its managed database service. Information stored through the Service is processed on infrastructure operated by Replit and its applicable cloud and database subprocessors.Payment processing: Stripe, Apple, and Google may process payment and transaction information.Subscription management: RevenueCat may process information necessary to verify purchases, subscriptions, trials, and entitlements.Email and communications: Service providers, including Resend where applicable, may process email addresses and communication information necessary for login emails, account communications, support, and other service-related messages.Notification delivery: Apple, Google/Firebase, browser-notification services, or similar providers may process information necessary to deliver notifications.AI processing: Replit AI Integrations and OpenAI process submitted medication-label images when you voluntarily use the label-scanning feature.Fonts and interface assets: The application may request fonts and interface resources from Google Fonts and Cloudflare's cdnjs content-delivery service. Website Analytics, Cookies, and Browser StorageThe PRNMedTracker.com public website uses Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and general usage.Google Analytics may collect information such as website visits, pages viewed, browser or device information, approximate geographic information derived from an IP address, referral information, and general interactions with the public website.Google Analytics is used on the public marketing website and is not intended to access or analyze medication records within the PRN MedTracker medication-tracking application.The PRN MedTracker application separately uses session cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to maintain account access, remember preferences, identify registered devices, and support application functionality and security.You may be able to limit or disable cookies through your browser settings. Data ExportsPRN MedTracker allows users to export medication lists, medication history, or other available records.Once an exported file is downloaded to your device, stored using another service, emailed, printed, or otherwise transferred outside PRN MedTracker, its security and storage are no longer under PRN MedTracker's direct control.Use appropriate safeguards when storing, sending, or sharing exported files, particularly when those files contain medication or other sensitive information.16. Data SecurityPRN MedTracker uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.Communications with the hosted application use HTTPS/TLS to help protect information while it is transmitted.PRN MedTracker also relies on security controls provided by its hosting, database, authentication, payment, communication, and other service providers.No website, application, database, electronic-storage system, or method of internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.You can help protect your information by safeguarding your account credentials, protecting access to your devices, and sharing caregiver links only with people you trust.17. Data RetentionAccount and medication information is generally retained while an account remains active or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PRN MedTracker.When medication information, profiles, logs, or an account are deleted through available application controls, the applicable information is removed from the live application database according to the Service's deletion process.Residual copies may remain temporarily in provider-managed backups until those backups expire or are overwritten.Certain limited billing, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, support, or legal-compliance records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required by law.Trial-Prevention RecordsTo prevent repeated use of the free trial, PRN MedTracker retains a protected fingerprint derived from the account email address and the original trial-start information for 12 months after account deletion.

This trial-prevention record does not contain your medication records or your email address in readable form.Expired trial-prevention records are removed through routine cleanup.We do not retain information longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to legitimate security, backup, legal, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.18. Account DeletionYou may delete your PRN MedTracker account through available account controls in the application.Account deletion removes the account and associated application records, including profiles, medications, dose history, notes, sharing links, and notification settings from the live Service, subject to the limited backup, security, billing, transaction, trial-prevention, or legally required retention described in this Privacy Policy.If you cannot access your account, you may contact:

PRN MedTracker offers a free trial without entering payment information.A paid subscription begins only after you select a subscription, provide or confirm an applicable payment method, and authorize the purchase.Subscriptions purchased through the PRN MedTracker website are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS application are processed by Apple. Subscriptions purchased through the Android application are processed by Google Play.
